Visit https://unihub.shu.ac.ukThe first time you do this you will be asked to register and set some preferences to ensure we target information sent to you correctly.
Select the Appointments tab. Then search for an appropriate appointment by an advisor name, campus or by typing in a topic that you would like to find.
This will then bring up a range of appointments that are available for booking.
Select one of these and it will show you a calendar view of when the appointments are happening. Select one of these options to view more details and then click View appointment and Book appointment.
Select the Events tab. Then search for any event by a key word, type of event or campus.
Once you have found the event you want to book onto, select it and click Book in.
Log in to UniHub and select either the Appointments tab and then My bookings, or select the Events tab and then My event bookings.
You can then select which appointment or event you want to cancel and click Cancel booking.
You will then need to search Appointments or Events again to make a new booking.
You can also go to the Dashboard tab and find which events or appointments you are booked onto and cancel or amend a booking from there by selecting the appropriate session.
Yes, UniHub sends automatic emails when you make a booking and when you cancel a booking.
Some services may choose to send an additional text reminder but this is not guaranteed so please make sure that you check you emails for confirmations, cancellations and appointment/event updates.
This is where you can go to see a summary of all of the UniHub information relevant to you, for example, what appointments and events you are booked onto, the areas that you have recently viewed and which employers you are following.
