UniHub guide

UniHub is a booking system used by a number of services within Sheffield Hallam University.

You may be directed to the system to find information or to book an appointment or event.

You can also use UniHub to search for jobs and for support with your future career.

Visit https://unihub.shu.ac.uk

• Select to log in as Current Student or Staff and enter your SHU username and password

The first time you do this you will be asked to register and set some preferences to ensure we target information sent to you correctly.

Select the Appointments tab. Then search for an appropriate appointment by an advisor name, campus or by typing in a topic that you would like to find.

This will then bring up a range of appointments that are available for booking.

Select one of these and it will show you a calendar view of when the appointments are happening. Select one of these options to view more details and then click View appointment and Book appointment.
