The Skills Centre provides academic skills support to all students at SHU via workshops, 1-1 drop-in appointments and tutorials, and operates at both City and Collegiate campuses.

Disabled Student Support

If you have a disability, including long term medical conditions, specific learning differences (such as dyslexia, dyspraxia and A(D)HD) and/or mental health conditions, the Disabled Student Support service can provide access to additional academic support, including: Learning contracts, Support Workers, and Equipment/ Assistive Technology software.
