Hallam Library Survey 2024

What is the Hallam Library Survey?

The Hallam Library Survey is a chance for you to share your experience. 

Your views are very important to us and we want to make sure that your library and skills centre is meeting your needs. The survey will ask you questions on a range of areas relating to your use of the campus libraries, online library, and skills centre. We will use the results of the survey to build on what we do well and to improve where you think we can do better. 

If you are a Hallam student or member of academic staff you can tell us what you think by taking the survey. The survey is open from 7th May - 2nd June 2024.

The survey has also been emailed to all Sheffield Hallam University students.

The prize draw

As a thank you for taking part, students currently enrolled at Hallam have the choice to be entered into a prize draw for a chance to win one of 4 x £50 Amazon vouchers or 2 x meal deal for a year vouchers (win a free meal deal at Hallam Cafes or Kitchens for every week of the academic year).

How will my data be used?

The survey is being administered by an independent research agency Alterline. Responses will be reported anonymously and will not be identifiable to you in any way. Find out more about Alterline's GDPR and Privacy notice. 

Student email addresses have not been shared with Alterline, however if you wish to opt into the prize draw you will be asked to share your email address with Alterline. Find out more about Sheffield Hallam University's student privacy notice.
