Poster examples

We've created two research posters based on the same dissertation, to show how the same content can be adapted and presented in different ways:

Research Poster - Version A
This poster presents the findings of a study into cycle infrastructure and policy in Sheffield, based on interviews conducted with Sheffield City Council representatives.

Visually, the poster is split into two sections with a road - the background, aims and methods come first, and underneath the findings, conclusions and recommendations.

The bold colours add visual interest and help to create clear zones for each section of the poster.
Research Poster - Version B
This poster presents the findings of a study into cycle infrastructure and policy in Sheffield, based on interviews conducted with Sheffield City Council representatives.

This poster is structured as single vertical column, designed to be read top to bottom in a way that mirrors the research study process.

The poster uses motifs and imagery from road signs to communicate the topic to the viewer, using bold yellow to draw attention to the key sections.
