The resources of Gartner Research, Gartner Executive Programs, Gartner Consulting and Gartner Events are valuable to a wide range of staff in IT, high-tech, telecom enterprises and professional services.

The Adsetts Games Room

Since the Games Room was set up several years ago the nature of gaming has changed and we are currently undertaking a project to establish if the current set up is fit for purpose. Your input into the process is essential and there are feedback forms available in the room for you to contribute your thoughts and ideas.

At this stage no decisions have been made we're just looking for constructive feedback to help with the decision making process further along the line.

Digital Tutors / Pluralsight

New video tutorials are added to the Digital tutors/Pluralsight site on a daily basis, covering topics such as security, Maya and Cinema 4D.  Click on "Join Sheffield Hallam University Group" to register.  Use" Pluralsight:creative" if you are interested in tutorials relating to CG, VFX and digital arts.  Click on the "" link  for tutorials on programming languages, software, networking and many other topics.

IEEE Xplore

In the database IEEE Xplore there are now over 3.8 million articles on computing related topics.  There are thousands of early access articles that you can only find by searching IEEE Xplore (not by searching through Google Scholar or Library Search).
