Your SHUcard

Your SHUcard is your university ID and your library card. With it, you'll be able to:

  • enter the library
  • borrow books
  • Place requests on books

You will receive your SHUcard when you first visit Sheffield Hallam as part of your course.

The login details you receive with your SHUcard will let you login into many useful online resources through Sheffield Hallam's website: almost all of these resources use these login details, and there will be information to tell you what to do in the rare cases where a different login is needed. You can also use your login to access PCs and wifi while visiting Sheffield Hallam.
