Welcome to the subject guide for engineering, electronics, materials science, mathematics and physics. This guide has been compiled by your subject librarian and will help you find the information you need for your work.

This guide has been divided into different sections, each covering a different type of resource, such as Books, Journals and so forth. Each section has a menu with further, more specific options, such as "Journals for all course" or "What to do if a book is not available in the Library".

If you need any help with the mathematical content of your course,maths and statistics drop-ins are held during term time in the libraries: there is no need to book,  just turn up. They are held in:

​Adsetts Library Skills Centre
Maths Support:        Wednesday 11.30am-1.30pm
Statistics Support:   Thursday 1pm-3pm

Collegiate Library Room C109a
Statistics Support:   Tuesday 12pm-2pm

Sheaf Room 4133
Maths Support:        Tuesday 11pm-1pm
