The publication lists on staff profiles on the external web pages, are populated with publication details from Elements.

You can manage the publications list on your external staff profile by managing your publications in Elements:

• maintain your complete list of publications on Elements so that they will also be on your staff external profile
• deposit your new publications in Elements with a manuscript or other file.  The details will automatically appear on your external profile and a record will be created on SHURA
• select favourite publications in Elements which will then appear at the top of your publications list on your external profile under the heading ‘Key publications’
• use the relationship privacy feature in Elements for publications that you do not wish to be visible on your external profile

Changes made in Elements will be reflected on your external staff profile the following day.
