How can I request items that the library doesn't have?

If you need to access a resource that the library doesn't already have in our collections then please use the following services:

Request book chapters and articles using Document Supply Services

Please note that we are currently unable to supply physical items, so all requests will be supplied digitally. If you are requesting a book, we will be unable to supply a physical copy, instead, please give the details of one essential chapter. Due to copyright restrictions we are more likely to be able to source a single chapter from an e-book than the entire e-book. 

 

Recommend a title for the library to support learning, teaching and research 

If you would like to recommend that the library purchases something for our collection then please use our suggest a purchase form. Please note that we are prioritising the purchase of digital resources that are on module reading lists or needed to support research. If you request an item that is only available in print we will contact you to discuss whether we are able to purchase it. 

 

Looking for Resources on Request?

Resources on Request was a temporary service we put in place when the libraries were closed due to the initial Covid-19 lockdown. Now that we are able to offer our Document Supply Service and Click & Collect we are no longer offering Resources on Request.
